Rev. Neftalie Danier

Rev. Neftalie Danier is an Itinerant Elder serving the Allen Temple AME church as Executive Minister, Superintendent of Church School, Women's Fellowship Facilitator, and a member of the First Lady’s Guild. She believes her ministry extends beyond the walls of the church and will reach those that need to hear the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Her greatest desire is to serve God and His people wherever she goes, and lives her life knowing that “In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” Romans 8:28.

Since 2014, Rev. Neftalie has been a member of the Allen Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Hugh B. Marriott and answered her call to ministry in December of 2014. At the tender young age of nine, she gave her life to Christ and through His reassuring love, grace and mercy He guided her through her high school and college years. Rev. Neftalie credits her journey with God to two God-fearing women; a grandmother who taught her that God is the best and only answer to every problem and a mother whose effectual fervent prayers availeth much.

Rev. Neftalie C. Danier is the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Baruch College, where she has served for more than a decade. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia; holds an Advanced Bible Certificate from the New York School of the Bible, and both a Master of Divinity Degree and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from The New York Theological Seminary.

One of her greatest joys in life is being the daughter of Yolette Olivier and the older sister to Lawrence and Maxim.
